This was a complete design and build, major renovation project completed to a very high standard from start to finish.
This project consisted of a rear 2 storey extension including large open plan kitchen/living/dining room/bathroom and utility room to the ground floor. Along with 2 very large double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a large balcony. There was also a very large loft conversion creating a bedroom, bathroom with a sitting room looking out through the floor to ceiling architectural glass on the garden gable end.
Sensitive property restoration
Along with these works the existing house and its period features such as oak beams and inglenook fireplace were completely renovated and brought up to date with zoned wet underfloor heating throughout under a high-end porcelain tiled floors, with custom made joinery such staircases and doors etc. This was a full ground-up renovation and extension with all trades and services supplied and managed by Chance Construction Ltd we class this type of project as a turnkey project.
